We prioritize the health, happiness, and well-being of our puppies, as well as the satisfaction of our adopters. Our return and refund policy is designed to address any concerns you may have.
Health Guarantee
Initial Health Check
- Every puppy undergoes a comprehensive health examination by a licensed veterinarian before adoption.
- Each puppy comes with a health certificate verifying their condition at the time of adoption.
Health Guarantee Period
- We offer a 30-day health guarantee against congenital or hereditary health issues.
- If your puppy is found to have a health concern within this period, you may be eligible for a replacement puppy or refund, provided the following conditions are met.
Conditions for Returns & Refunds
Notification
- You must notify us within 24 hours of discovering any health concerns. Immediate communication allows us to assist you effectively.
Veterinary Examination
- Your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of adoption.
- A detailed veterinary report must be submitted to us for review.
Return Authorization
- A return authorization must be obtained before returning a puppy. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Condition of the Puppy
- The puppy must be returned in good health, free from injury, neglect, or mistreatment.
- All original documentation, including the health certificate and any paperwork provided at adoption, must be returned with the puppy.
Refundable Deposits
- All deposits made to reserve a puppy are 100% refundable if requested within 7 days of reservation.
- After 7 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be used as credit toward a future adoption.
Refund Process
Approval & Processing
- Once the returned puppy is received and assessed by our veterinarian, and a health issue is confirmed, we will process your refund or replacement puppy based on your preference.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned puppy and necessary documentation.
Additional Considerations
Shipping & Transportation Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The cost of returning the puppy is the responsibility of the adopter.
- However, if the return is due to a verified health issue, we will cover the return transportation costs.
Lifetime Support
- We offer lifetime support for all adoptive families.
